1.- Extract the first files to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\*.*
2.- Extract the second file to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin\*.*
3.- Execute regedit
4.- Change in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sims\The Sims 3" (32 bits) or "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sims\The Sims 3" (64 bits) the SKU value from 7 to 2
5.- Your game is at the 1.0631.00002 version now
